Maximum class size is 15 and 12 spots are taken. Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island is sponsoring a 2 day class for anyone interested in connoisseurship of American Indian arts (baskets, pottery, textiles, jewelry and beadwork) taught by Kateri Weiss and Corinne Cain.

Tuition is $395 for both days. Each day 9 am – 5 pm
A minimum of 2 hours per category will cover identification and dating, qualitative judging relative to value determination, conservation issues as well as presentation of fakes. Recommended reading will include best pics for those getting started per category.
