Compelling is what you want when experiencing Contemporary Art and Rose Simpson does not disappoint !
Two years of work created while a Masters candidate in Ceramics at the Rhode Island School of Design are shared at Chiaroscuro’s Main Space located at 702 1/2 Canyon Road in Santa Fe beginning August 13, closing September 10, 2011.
Often Simpson’s unique expression involves human figures. There are installations as well as single works.
Rose Simpson is an artist for whom you will choose to stretch, intellectually and economically. She has plenty to say coupled with the means to present her point of view poignantly.

Art Packing Tip #1
Sunday, August 7th, 2011 | Collector Savvy tips, General | No Comments
Tape picture framing glass with “Glass Skin” or low-tack masking tape to keep broken glass shards from scoring art residing immediately below the glass. Otherwise you might witness this, after which you can only pray the damage was limited to the glass.
